2007 Application

ELIGIBILITY

The H&H Chevrolet Scholarship is open to all graduating seniors planning to attend a college, university or technical school. Preference will be given to applicant majoring in automobile technical skills or collision repair.

AMOUNT: $1,000

DEADLINE: Friday, May 4th, 2007

ELIGIBILITY GUIDLINES

· Must either be a graduating high school senior or have graduated from high school within the past 12 months.

· Priority will be given to those pursuing a career in automobile technical skills or collision repair but is not exclusive to this field.

· Employees of H&H Chevrolet, their family members or employees of companies doing business with H&H Chevrolet are not eligible.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS - Please attach the following:

1. One character reference letter (For example, a letter from a teacher or employer who is familiar with your capabilities.)

2. An outline of:

1. educational activities and honors
2. community activities
3. extracurricular activities
4. work experience

3. Summary of extracurricular activities in the automotive field, if any. (Work experience, hobbies, etc.)

4. A transcript of your high school grades.

5. A paragraph about why you are pursuing a career in the automotive field or your selected field of interest.
